Just want to give a friendly reminder to everyone. If you are planning to sell your laptop / PC / thumbdrive / Camera or any form of disk storage device , please wipe off your personal data before selling them off. To most of you, wiping off data means , just delete the file and empty the recycle bin....that is the mistake most of us do!!...try this,

download the above free undelete software and see for yourself, how many of your deleted files can be recovered. You will be surprised.
I get lotsa computers/laptops to be sold off(my part-time work)...and most of the time, the owners are my frens, so, i help them to clear the files out. Infact, right now, im clearing one laptop to be sold, which i managed to recover 3GB of photos from the hardisk, although the owner claims to have deleted those files few months ago. There are many softwares which can delete the files safely for you. Some of the softwares i use.

Use them at your own risk. If you accidently deleted some files, u wont be able to recover it. Another note for everyone who feels, formatting a hardisk will make it impossible to recover the files....you are wrong again!!...it can be recovered again!!!....
If you have any similar stories, pls do share!!
