loan cimb ako rasa mudah sket kalao nak beli rumah.. byk kwn2 ako rekemen loan CIMB lepas rumah..tapi dulu la sekrg xtaw la mcm mana :)

uikss loan ako lock in period..xleh tukar ka hehe

hahahha.... sekarang nie tak mudah sangat... BNM da ketatkan rules... sekarang loan dengan bank mana? kalau sekarang ada lock in period... dinasihatkan terus kan la... sebab tak guna nak lari drpd lock in period sekarang untuk ke no lock in period... sebab da kena penalty 2%... kalau da over lock in period ok... boleh buat refinance dengan no lock in period... hehehhe... bila2 boleh jual...
