:Role Description:
- The position requires day to day operation of the Change Management function across all the projects in the Delivery Units
- The Change Manager reports to the Manager, Change Management, PSD of iPerintis, and is responsible to oversee the successful delivery of the change management strategy and plan within the identified projects
:Responsibilities:
Core Roles and Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Project Manager of ICT projects to understand project Change Management requirements in order to best deliver a new IT product and/or solution.
• Operate within the guidelines and framework of the Change Management Methodology and timelines within the specific project
• Required to assess initiatives and identify scope change management services required.
o Will be accountable for the development & delivery project change management strategies primarily for solution and project implementation / roll-out.
• Responsible for managing the Change Management workstream within a project, executing the Change Management activities and producing Change Management deliverables
o He/She will lead Change Analysts in working with the business users in the project to provide a smooth end-user transition through communications, change management pilots, monitoring and support processes.
o He/She shall liaise with the Project Manager to ensure consistent approach and delivery.
• Responsible for ensuring quality in the execution of people change management processes, communicating change and delivery of change deliverables
• To ensure that the change management methodology is applied effectively in the project
Financial Accountabilities
• Ensure change management tasks & deliverables are completed within planned and budget and the agreed financial figure as per FY KPIs
Management Reporting
• Highlight possible change management issues within project or any scope & deliverables related risks to Project Manager & Manager, Change Management
• Provide project status update to Project Manager as per guidelines
• Undertake appropriate complementary assignment identified by Management from time to time
Monthly Submission and Reporting
• Submits the Timesheets twice a month by the dates stipulated by the Company
• Submits the Expense Claims to the Department’ Claims Verifier by the date stipulated for expenses incurred for the previous month supported by the original receipts
:Key Competencies:
• Candidate should have a good sound knowledge of commercial change management practice and minimum 4 years of Change Management experience
• Some understanding of the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) and exposure to ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is advantageous.
• Candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of the change management methodology and its application to especially business application projects.
o Experience in SAP Organisational Change Management covering stakeholder engagement, process analysis, communication planning and training is preferred.
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude and outstanding presentation.
• Candidate is to have excellent management consultation skills and ability to manage client relationships.
:Qualification:
• 5 - 8 years working experience in stakeholder engagement, communication planning and training is required & 7 – 10 years in relevant business industry or ICT working environment
• Graduate Degree in IT/Business/Human Resource/Communications/Psychology or equivalent
