Bug / Technical CG Forum Board Slows Down - Forum CG Lambat

I feel like since about 3pm just now the Forum Board Slows Down .. other websites such as other SocMed / Forum / News Medias and heavy sites are fine except CG .. anyone else have the same ?

Sejak lebih kurang jam 3 petang tadi forum CariGold agak perlahan .. laman web lain seperti SocMed / Forum / Media Berita dan laman berat lain boleh kecuali CG .. ada sesiapa lagi yang sama macam saya ? ​

Yup, it happens sometimes in certain ISP (not all) since we're using different DNS provider. As for me within Maxis was perfect yesterday. Nothing happened. Anyway from screenshot I can see it intermittently happened very slightly within less than an hour everything looks perfect after 4pm.
