Position: Data Order Management Analyst

Pre-requisite
• Understanding of data telecom technologies such as eVPN(enhanced virtual private network), MIS(Management Information System), DS3(Digital Signal level 3), ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode), etc.

Position: Voice Services Order Project Management Analyst

Pre-requisite
• Understanding of network routing and technology, TFN routing, IXC (Interexchange carrier/Dedicated backbone connections.) features/services, technical troubleshooting and problem determination, digital T1 services, private dial plan understanding, voice provisioning tools and database knowledge, traffic engineering, call center applications, CSU(Customer Service Unit)/PBX(Private Branch Exchanges)/VRU(voice response unit) hardware and software technology, expertise with Telco and IXC systems.
• Strictly Voice Technology and Telephony (dial) –not data, wireless, cable or satellite.
