1) Minimum age requirement is 21 years old for principal card and 18 years old for supplementary card.
2) Malaysian citizen.
3) Minimum annual income of RM24,000 (for Classic Card) and RM30,000 (for Gold Card); or Sijil Simpanan Premium worth RM4,000 (for Classic Card) and RM14,000 (for Gold Card) to be pledged to the Bank.

3) Forms 9, 24, 49/ Business Registration Certificate.
