“Stop out in–the–money”, “IP filter”.

that means?

“Stop out in–the–money” option allows to control your funds and gives you a lucid and convenient tool for loss limitation. This way a trader can protect their funds from unexpected market fluctuations whereas investor sets stop out so that funds manager won't loose funds exceeding a definite level.

To use the service, you are supposed to specify two amounts — the first one serves for warning you about stop out level (margin call) whereas the second amount is stop out level by reaching which trades on the account are closed and trading is blocked. Both amounts shall be specified in the currency of deposit.

“IP filter” option ensures safety of operations and protects your account from unauthorized use. You shall specify IP address (one or several) to be used for accessing your trading account so that nobody else will be able to access your account through third–party's IP address.

If desired you can activate these options or the most required one.

“Stop out in–the–money” is valid for Clients who have funded their account for not less than 10 000 USD (7 500 EUR) cumulatively since the moment of registration live account in our system.

“IP filter” shall be procured to Clients with a cumulative deposit starting from 3 000 USD (2 200 EUR).

On May 17 and 18 court hearing at the suit of SEC against Broco Investments took place in the District court of southern district of New-York. Defense attorneys together with the president of Broco Group Valeriy Maltsev, Laser Trade project manager Andrew Kokoulin in Broco, as well as Genesis broker representatives and SEC officer were heard in the course of session

Broco was represented by four attorneys from Dickstein Shapiro headed by Mr. Ira Lee Sorkin.

In judge's opinion, causes showed by SEC were insufficient for satisfying Commission's complaint to the extent required by SEC. Thus, the judge dedicated two weeks for SEC to refine the complaint and one week for Broco to prepare an answer for the suit. Once preparation of parties is over, the final session will be scheduled. It will be devoted to expediency of taking measures proposed by the Security Exchange Commission of the USA.
