sama je speed download ngan streamyx 1mbps aku..hmmm
tapi dah abis kontrak ngan streamyx aku tukar yg lain..
malas laa bayar fixed line skali..hehe..bukan pakai pon..

aku tak pernah jumpa lagi broadband yang leh dload laju, kalo dapat 120KB tue dah kira ok, beza ngan streamyx dia wireless boleh bawa kemana mana, tp 018 nie cover lembah klang jer.... cuma satu jer aku nak tanya, download pakai torrent boleh tak pakai 018 nie :-? ??

Surf with U offers you unlimited usage, however to curb abuse to the service and network congestion, each subscriber is allowed to use up to 5G per month according to bill statement date.

6. What is the warranty for the modem?
The warranty is 1 year from the date of purchase.


12. If I would like to cancel my contract, what are the charges?
If you cancel your contract within the 8-days trial period, the activation fee of RM50 will be refunded to you and you are required to return the Surf with U package (a ZTE MF622 HSDPA USB Modem, two USB cables, a DVD case, a CD, a warranty card, a user guide and a U Mobile USIM card) in brand new condition. If the Surf with U package returned is not in good working condition, you will be charged RM799. If the contract cancellation is after the 8-days trial period, a penalty charge of RM799 (USB Modem) + RM78 (1 month fee) will be incurred and the activation fee of RM50 is not refundable.

memang package ni nampak menarik..tapi satu je la nak tanya kalo nama tak clear tu leh join ke?? pasal wa tgk ada monthly payment..ramai org guna line tak bayar tak leh register mana2 talian..so package baru ni tak de ke tuk mangsa2 disenarai itamkan ni..?

Aku adalah pengguna malang..aku duk kat PJS6 PJ..bandar sunway.Kawasan aku 3.5G.Umobile suxxxx..cuma dapat 52kbps jer speed dari 3.6 mbps..bayangkan haram jadahnya..poblemnya aku tertipu dengan dealer salah seorang ahli CG ni..dia x bgtau awal awal rumah tingkat 5 ada poblem speed.Dia pun cakap lagi tinggi lagi bagus.Pasal fed up speed slow..aku nak return pada hari 3 7 pakai..rupa rupanya hari tu hari ke-9.So aku x leh refund duit.Pasal dealer tu lambat 2 hari bagi aku USB modem.Rupa2nya akaun aku dah aktif awal dua hari semasa dalm tanagn dealer tu.So salah sapa???Customer service masih mentah..alasan kami masih baru x leh nak bagi solution.Dah byk kali aku call customer service untuk status teraniaya aku ni..takan bulan2 bayar rm78 utk 52kbps jer.sampai aku bertengkar dgn pegawai perhubungan selama sejam.Mujur aku pakai HAPPy cuma 99sen seminit call.
