Does anyone know of a device that has the following capabilities?
1. Bluetooth connectivity
2. Ability to communicate via the cellular network (text message support at a minimum)
3. Programmable
4. Could be built into an enclosure of my own design.
5. Powered from inside a vehicle (12v adapter, etc.)
I could use a very basic and cheap smartphone, but I would prefer something that has the "guts" of a smartphone that I could used as the basis of my own device.
