Bitcoin value has significantly increased since the time we decided to accept it.
Bitcoin charges fee 0.0001 BC for small transfers. We have to reevaluate BC withdrawal minimum.

BesteMoneys had set minimum withdrawal for Bitcoin at $0.1 and fee was negligible (fraction of a cent).
Currently 0.0001 BC is valued at ~$0.08 and it no longer is practical to withdraw $0.1 (member would be charged 80% in fees).

We wish to set minimum withdrawal for Bitcoin at $0.5
However, if active members do not agree with that, BesteMoneys will not change withdrawal minimum.
