Why do I need to verify my card at an exchanger?
Card verification is necessary to confirm your card ownership and to make life more difficult for fraudsters using someone else's payment means.
BestChange always warns users that some exchangers require bank card verification. This is indicated by a round green card mark next to the name of the exchanger.
What data you need to provide:
● card number (or at least the first and last four digits).
● the name of the holder.
● a photo of the card against the background of the exchanger's website or a sheet with its URL.
How reliable is this?
It's important to cover the card's expiration date and CVC code, if it's indicated on the same side. You don't need to provide the reverse side of the card.
The rest of the data is not so important, it is of little value to potential fraudsters.
