I think prices start to reverse downhill by Friday afternoon like around 2pm US NYC time so you must decide to exit by then cause it will turn low so if you have been waiting all week then its time to sell for profit or if all day then its time to sell by then. By 2pm most traders close off their positions therefore lowering volumes and demand and therefore price as well and so you must take profit by then but you can buy low on late Friday afternoon and wait until next week to sell it off. What do you think?

I also close all my positions on Friday, because I don't need any unpleasant surprises on Monday at the opening of the day, when a gap may form on the market, which can instantly turn profitable Friday orders into unprofitable ones. Therefore, it is better to see how the market will behave on Monday, analyze its behavior and decide which way to trade this week.

Your observation makes sense—many traders close positions on Friday afternoons, leading to lower volumes and potential price reversals. Exiting by 2pm could help lock in profits before the weekend. Buying late Friday and holding until next week is also a solid strategy for capturing gains.

Trading Forex on Friday afternoons can be risky due to low liquidity, potential price swings, position closings and market uncertainty. Many traders choose to avoid trading at this time to minimize risk and ensure more stability in their trading.
