Dear Mr Yusoff
I am the person responsible for implementing our online payment systems and would like to discuss the various options for customers who are experiencing difficulties with debit cards.
I believe the problem is due to certain debit cards being issued by banks without the required information such as CVV codes and appropriate card numbers, expiry dates etc. Unfortunately our credit card provider is unable to accept cards without this information.
For the other providers such as Neteller, we are unable to make special arrangements with them for prohibited customers to be accepted as this is a policy decision made by them, over which we have no influence. However, I would like to refer you to the following URL which states that Malaysian accounts are accepted:

Has anybody tried to open a Neteller account in Malaysia?
Alternatively, it may be possible for your customers to create moneybookers wallet accounts and transfer funds via the Moneybookers service, however you would need to test this with one of your customers who is having difficulties.
We are currently in the process of arranging a merchant account with Liberty Reserve and if this is successful we will be able to offer this provider within approximately 10 days.
We will try to help as much as we can to accept payments, however I am sure you can appreciate that we must operate within the rules and regulations imposed upon us by the various financial services authorities.
Kind Regards
Mark
