ASM INVESTMENT SERVICES BERHAD (256439-D)
ASM Investment, previously known as ASM MARA Unit Trust Management Berhad is a wholly owned subsidiary of Amanah Saham Mara Berhad (ASM and was incorporated on 15th January 1993 under the Companies Act 1965. Being the pioneer in the Industry, ASM Investment has over three decades of experience in managing unit trust funds.
Our change of name was effective from 9th October 2006 is parallel to the acquisition of Fund Manager’s Licence approved by Securities Commission on 19th October 2006, as to better reflect our future fund-management related activities.
ASM Investment has an authorized capital of RM5.0 millions and issued and paid-up capital of RM4.0 millions. Hence, the next step taken by ASMB as the parent company, is the undertaking of a Rationalization Exercise between ASM Investment and ASM Asset Management Sdn Bhd (ASM Asset), a sister company of ASM Investment to further consolidate the business activities of asset management. This also leads to transfer of business, staff and assets from ASM Asset to ASM Investment. Subsequently, ASM Investment now has our own in-house fund management team and acts as the Fund Manager for all of our unit trust funds.
Currently, we manage 14 unit trust funds which are opened to Bumiputera and all races.
