Company saya sedang mencari staff untuk mengisi kekosongan sebagai Application support Analysts.
Executive level.
ada 2 kekosongan.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Computer/Degree in Computer
Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Preferably specializing in IT Application/Network/System/Workstation
support.
Have the necessary people skill to interact with users at various
levels
• To perform Application, System and Workstation support and
maintenance.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving Application, System
and Workstation Issue.
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant
reports.
• Responding within agreed time limits (SLA)
• Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to, if
appropriate).
• Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time.
• Establishing a good working relationship with customers and third
parties

kalau ada SQL query and server experience lagi bagus
kepada fresh graduate juga boleh try apply. Sila war-warkan kepada kawan-kawan yang berminat.
