Sorry for keep you all wait for the latest progress after our first
announcement. The management has been busy settling our matter and also
replying to thousands of inquiries everyday.
Thank you for being so patient towards APImutual. Let us explain the
situation. As you guys know that we are now being charged under Illegal
Money Laundry Act 1996 and Deposit Taking Act and the bank account is
now
being hold by Hong Kong Government and we still failed to get our money
to
be released. We have already received a letter from the court to be
present for the trial on June 2nd 2008, Monday. Our hope is very slim
as
we are running APImutual illegally via internet without having a proper
license to collect money from the public. By the way, the company is
trying hard to negotiate with the authority and hope to get all our
money
back for settlement to all members.
Further to that as we received many inquiries about Indonesia office.
For
your kind information the cash in Hong Kong does not involve Indonesia
network that much . Indonesia network is quite new and they still have
surplus money to survive for the network. The reason why Indonesia is
still operating? 1) They have registered APImutual legally with
Indonesia
Authority, 2) The sales been collected for the Indonesia network does
not
involve so much with the money that has been hold by Hong Kong
Government,
3) They are now preparing to have a local Corporate Bank (BCA) Account
to
run APImutual business.
We should thankful to have Indonesia still able to operate the
business.
Indonesia collection will help us to have the pool again for the
trading
and recover all the capital that has been stuck in Hong Kong. If we
collect USD one Million in Indonesia and pay USD one Million to the
rest
of the Investors means that we will have no money to pay the rest of
your
money to recover everybody in future. As we told that APImutual is not
a
ponzi scheme that using other people’s money to pay others. The
management
is trying hard to boost the market in Indonesia to help pay others
after
we generate the funds in money market. We need time to trade the funds
in
money market before we can pay you guys. If we use all the money to pay
the investors now we will lost all the money and the situation will be
worst. Hope all Investors understand the situation and do not push us
so
much until we lost our direction.
Please trust and understand that the management team is working hard
day
and night to recover and solve the problem faced. We promise to pay
you.
We promise to get the license and change our concept and maintain
APImutual for your long term residual income. We are not here meant to
scam.
Please look at the response given by the management. We are not
expecting
you Investors or leaders to do any sponsoring. We afraid many will be
victims after you liquidate your e-points via recruitment. That’s not
a
good idea we guess. We don’t expect you to bring any business anymore
at
this moment but we plan to pay. Let Indonesia run the business as they
may
help us to recover. The main reason why we don’t allow you to do it
is
just because APImutual is illegal in your country. We are not here to
challenge your government but to respect the regulation been set by
them.
The management has received many complaints from the authorities of
many
countries including Singapore, Hong Kong, Brunei, Canada, Australia,
Malaysia and India. We will allow you to be active in your country
provided you able to get black and white permission in your country. We
are just an online business that being so honest to pay all Investors
and
having mutual benefit among us. We do well in money market but it is
just
a matter of the authority stopped us and hold the money now. Anyway
there
are still ways to keep continuing paying all Investors but we need
time.
Please give us time. We are still around listening to your inquiry and
will try to response as soon as possible.
The management again would like to apologize for what have happened
now.
We have no bad intention and the problem faced just cannot be avoided
but
we still have ways to settle them. We just can’t recover everything
in a
very short period of time. I hope there will be nobody pushing us as we
never expect things happened like this. We promise you get your money
back
or at least get the balance of your initial capital after minus all
your
money taken earlier. We have yet to decide what to do but you will get
your money back for sure. Please understand us. We also have to
understand
all Investors that’s why we are still here struggling to pay rather
than
stay quietly and disappear.
