WHY YOU SHOULDN’T UPDATE YOUR FACTORY FIRMWARE?

BiXBiT warns: installing the latest factory firmware version 20251209 on your WhatsMiner devices will lead to the following limitations:

You will not be able to roll back your device to previous factory versions.
The new version is not compatible with all models, as it was developed for the next generation of equipment.

You will not be able to install custom firmware, including BiXBiT.
The release of a new version of BiXBiT firmware is scheduled for January 2026, with support for factory firmware versions from September–November. Therefore, we recommend not rushing with the update.

Do not update to the new version and keep your equipment fully functional and flexible.
