What happened::

I tried to exchange 995.02 Payeer USD to 982.9950219 PayPal USD. I sent the payment using Payeer, then the exchange never paid me out via PayPal. The exchange got stuck in status "in check" and that's it. Nothing else after that, I got completely ignored by support service.

INFO: This was posted on 9th of May, but the forum administration took a while to approve my account.

UPDATE (Today: 13th May 2025):
Amlxe finally said on 12th May in a reply to two exchange monitoring sites (which I had written to about this) that they have contacted Payeer support for refund.

Finally, today I got $985.56 refunded today by Payeer support.

I ended up exchanging using Payeer to TRX, sent TRX to Binance and converted to EUR, which I withdrew to a bank account. I will need to re-evaluate my options now, but I will not trust random exchange sites anymore.
