Changes in execution of LIMIT orders in MT5 Platform
Dear valued clients,
We would like to inform you that from 12th October 2020, execution of LIMIT orders such as pending orders BUY/SELL Limit and Take Profits will be changed from Limit to Market. It will allow to reduce amount of rejects and to execute the orders despite of the price changes.
Limit execution means that order may be executed only if the best available price is better or equal the limit price, otherwise the order is rejected. Rejections could be the case when the market price quickly bounces back from the limit price.
Market execution – the order will be executed with the best available price on the market. The executed price could be as better as worse or equal to the requested price.
