1. launch Task Manager
2. Ko kill process wgatray.exe dalam Task Manager tu.
3. Restart PC, masuk Safe Mode
4. Ko delete file WgaTray.exe dalam c:\windows\system32
5. Ko delete file WgaTray.exe dalam c:\windows\system32\dllcache
6. Launch Regedit (still dalam Safe Mode).
7. Browse HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify.
8. Delete folder 'WgaLogon' and all of its contents.
8. Restart PC

Jangan lupa disable Automatic Windows Update lepas tu.
