Simply because a company should have to deal with risk. If i was not mistaken, you mentioned being Publisher for Clickbooth.com What if somehow your payements are to be halt. Wouldn't that be considered a risk?

Thats why i can't guarantee this program not having liability.

Yes you are right, risk is involved when we are working with 3rd party advertisers but we also work with a lot of direct advertisers, these cover 80% of our investments and involve no risk as we are paid in advance.
