Job Description
• To manage and monitor the inbound and administration for MY team in collections hub Inbound
• manage the Malaysia Inbound team to achieve an acceptable abandon rate.
• to ensure minimize justified complaint from customers.
• to escalate any system or process irregularities that may have noted during day to day activities
• to ensure all customer correspondences are responded or acted upon within turnaround time
• to ensure all incoming enquires for collections customers, contact center and branches are attendee within the turnaround time by MY Inbound
• supervise and develop direct reportees in a manner to enable them to take on higher responsibilities
Administrative
• timely submission of all reports
• review and submit all pre-charged off TD waiver
• proper monitoring of staff annual leave and medical leave
• routing of account for refund and release letter for all full settled accounts
• compilation and track the Loyalty Manager to ensure all cases are closed within the TAT
• handling of company documentation appropriately - always observe in accordance to compliance i.e. confidentiality and secrecy
• manage and ensure that all administration are handle in an orderly and effective manner
Ad hoc
• to support and assist in any other assignment given by other managers/head from internal and external department
Qualifications & Skills
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English. Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
