Add Page Elements in Blogger

Login at Blogger.com.
Blogger Dashboard will open. Click on Manage : Layout link under your blog title.
The Page Elements subtab will open. Click the 'Add Page Element' link.
A Popup window will open containing a list of all the Page Elements that are available. Select the Html/Javascript Page Element.
The Edit Page Element page will open. Type in a Title for your Page Element. In the Contents window paste the code or your message. Save.
