This EA works with 2 brokers at the same time.a fast one and a slower one.
By fast i mean that it catches the market price faster than other brokers so there is a gap of 1-2 seconds i think.
What the EA does is that it watches the price of the fast broker and opens orders on the slow one.the master-fast and the slave-the slow one. basically it can predict the future in this way.
The master is there just for reference so it can be a demo account.the slave broker is the main one and on which the trades are being opened.
As for how legal this is i really don't know.it is basically stealing I guess.
I tested it on atc brokers as a master and gcg ltd as a slave and it made me from 1000$ to 50 milion$ in just 4 days or something like this,with the increasing of lots from time to time.

Now...you have to copy the whole master mt4 folder in the slave's experts/files/ folder.
And the master's folder should me named „MetaTrader (MASTER)“ otherwise it will not work.
So genius is made of 2 EA's
The slave EA goes normally in the experts folder
The master EA goes in the experts/files/ MetaTrader (MASTER)/experts/
For genius to work both metatraders must be working and the EA's installed properly.
First the master should be turned on and then the slave.
The trades will de opened on the slave mt4 only.

That's it in short.
Now you just have to check various combination of brokers to find the winning one.if you get negative trades means that the master is slower than the slave and that you need to maybe exchange their places.
If you buy the original one the seller will not give you any broker combination.he will just unlock the slave EA to only 10 accounts and then if you are lucky you make money and if you are not you are basically...screwed for 2000$.what to do.
he tells you to try the various combinations by yourself.actually it is a smart move.there is 200 brokers out there and in this way not much people will trade with tha same brokert and he can continue to make money.
If...he does make money in the first place...and if...this is not just a big scam.it works great on demo but on live...
So...please if you find the right combination dont share it here because if too many people trade with the same brokers it will not work anymore,the broker will probably forbit it pretty soon.
