Job Detail : ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Location : Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan, MY
Qualification/Experience/Abilities:
• Candidate must possess at least LCCI, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent in Accountancy or related field
• Recommend at least 1 year in oil and gas industry
• Fresh graduate with oil and gas background are also encourage to apply.
• Computer literate in MS Office Word and Excel
• Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Able to handle work pressure and meet datelines
• Positive attitude, able to multi-task, pay attention to details and self-motivated.
Job Purpose/Objective : Assist Finance Manager in the day-to-day operations and monthly reporting.
Key Accountabilities /Responsibilities:
To assist in cheque preparation and payment voucher (issuance payment);
Check summarizes and classify petty cash claims, enter into system;
Assist in day to day office administration duties which include keeping filing up to date (ex. Bank statement, Bank In Slips and Payment vouchers);
Monthly reports such as balance sheet and audit schedules;
Perform data entry on accounting transactions;
General accounting administrative and book keeping function;
To maintain timely and accurate inter-company transactions and perform regular reconciliation;
Liase with external auditor, tax agent and company secretary; and
Perform other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
