Thank you for your message. Your problems withdrawing from A3Union are not because of our lawsuit. A3Union is a fraudulent operation and an unlawful Ponzi scam. In all probability, it has no intention of ever paying you back.
We have filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of all investors who have sustained a loss. We do have a Court Order directing E-Gold to freeze any accounts opened or maintained by A3Union. We, however, do not control and are in no way responsible for A3Union’s actions, including its refusal to honor withdrawal requests. Further, we have not blocked any particular accounts of A3Union’s investors and are not involved with its decision to pay selectively its investors (when it makes payments at all). While we will do our best to reach the completion of the case in an expeditious fashion, we cannot force A3Union to honor its obligations to you.
We are attempting to locate and preserve assets for distribution back to the investors. You will be include .
