13dailyPro News Update July 1st 2006 Refunds explained etc.

Please pay extra attention to all the contents of this email.


This is what we are doing:

Database transfer;
The site is now in maintenance mode and the transfer of the database has begun.
We are anticipating this to take until some time tomorrow, Sunday the 2nd of July.

At that time we will relaunch the site and enable all features.

There are a few major changes and the terms and FAQs will change to include these changes.

1. 13% for 10 days
2. 3% referral commission to the referrer and 6% to refund account
3. Payments will be made upon expiry on or before the 5th following business day. (Note that no payments will be made on weekends or on public holidays of Denmark.)

Refunds;

Will try and explain this as simple as possible.

There will be 2 lists of refunds.
The maximum total amount of your refund is going to be equivalent to your upgrades still active or pending. There will no earnings added to those upgrades of any kind.

If you have never been paid at all,
your full deposit/s will go to list #1

If you are not in profit,
Take everything you have ever physically been paid and subtract it from everything you have physically deposited, if you get a negative amount you are not in profit and the negative amount will go to list #1. Take the value of the upgrade/s you have pending and/or are active and subtract your refund amount which was transferred to list #1 and you will have the amount that goes on list #2

If you are in profit,
Take the value of your upgrade/s pending or active, again without the earnings and this amount will go to list #2

The 2 lists will be accessible from the site and you will be able to keep track on the process.
Note that if you have more than one upgrade they will be treated as 2 separate entries.


The order:
Note that there are no exceptions to this order. No one will get priority over others, not monitors, staff, large accounts or anyone else. Do not send in emails asking to receive your refund, they will not be answered.

Every upgrade has a batch number; the order will follow these numbers, lowest number first. Simple as that. So that members who has waited the longest will get paid first. If you have 2 upgrades then it means you will have 2 entries in list #2


How refunds are funded;

For each upgrade made, regardless if there is an upline and if the upline is in free status or not, 6% will be added to the refunds account.
A percentage is added to the refunds account on all income from the sweepstake and the Advertising sold from now on.

We will add more income avenues as soon as it is possible and these will also help the proceeds.

We will be building a reserve which we will invest partially and earnings from here will also go to the refunds account.

The Future;

Apart from the above mentioned actions, we will be adding a few things a long the way to ensure a lot more stability.
A lot of these were a part of the original plan for 13dailyPro and nothing will change in that regard.

The projects and wish list;

1. Our own 13dailyPro forum for added support and information
2. A second payment processor (this is not guaranteed, but we are looking at different options right now)
3. Outside income avenues other than the ones we already have plans for. There have been a lot of suggestions and they are much appreciated.
4. An emergency plan in case of difficulties to prevent a devastating repetition of last weeks events.
5. More input from members via the forum where we will have polls and so forth.

This is the beginning, we are working towards a new future and we will need your help to get started.

Our goal remains, we want to prove to the industry, that an AS program can be successful and provide a great income source for its members. This may sound a little hypocritical after last week?s event and the reconstruction needed, but with this and at the speed we are doing it, again proves that many simply ran away or gave up.

We are not giving up and not giving in. Team work is our motto and this time around we hope that we can all be a much closer team and work much better together!

13DP Refund.. sapa dah dapat bagitau sini!..

Aku dengar 13DP dah start buat refund sebagaimana dijanjikan.. tp x sure laa pulak ade orang yang dah dpt ke x.. katanya akan ambik masa selama 3-5 minggu..

so kepada sesapa yang dah dapat tu (kalau ada), sila laa bagitau kat sini.. ini untuk menenangkan hati org2 yg belum dpt supaya dpt menunggu dgn sabar.. aku pun x paham camana dia kira untuk refund tu.. tunggu & lihat aje laa..
