Tujuan komputer adalah untuk office. What I mean by complete set is almost everything: monitor, cpu, keyboard, speaker, USB, CD-RW with DVD-ROM, network card, etc. Basically:
- Motherboard dua processor
- 2GHz and above processor
- 1GB dual channel DDR2 SDRAM memory
- 1.44MB 3.5" floppy
- keyboard
- premium optical mouse with mouse mat
- 17" flat panel lcd monitor

Warranty 3 tahun sekali dengan full service (3 years Gold Phone Tecnical Support, 24x7 phone support, 3 years next business day onsite response parts + labour, etc).
What I mean by full service is like, for the first 3 years, the computers are still yours. Its like, you must fully look after the computers but the office staff are the users. You have to do the cleaning up the dusts, habuk2. Kalau ada problem, kena repair dgn sebaik2nya. Pendek kata, 5 star punya layanan for the first 3 years
