The Trump family has gained a $5bn (£3.7bn) fortune from its crypto business, making its wealth from virtual currencies more valuable than its property empire.
On Tuesday, a crypto token launched by World Liberty Financial started trading on different exchanges, giving owners the chance to buy and sell the cryptocurrency for the first time.
The token, known as WLFI, started trading at 30 cents per token before slipping to 24 cents. At this price, the Trump family has made a paper fortune of $5.4bn (£4bn). They own 22.5 billion WLFI tokens, almost a quarter of the total supply.
