Hi,

I've realized in these days the importance of fundamentals in trading, but i've seen too much information everywhere and i just don't know what to see.

I surf around FxStreet, DailyFx, Bloomberg, etc. and i've seen so many reports, Economic Reports, Economic Calendars, Economic Indicatos, News, Market Data, Market View, Fundamental Reports, Etc. Do you see?

There are too many reports, each one with a lot of information and some of them repeat some things from the other, many things to see but in the end i see nothing... i start reading them, and ten minutes later i'm confused, at this time, after being a couple of weeks watching news and reports, i don't have the minimal idea of where the EUR/USD is going to.

Where can i find the better information, something like a resume of the fundamentals, something i can see the mid and long term trend with? (not only the economic calendar of events), something like the most important market movers in short, medium and long term?

I know a little about technical analysis, but i want to be able to see the trend in the fundamentals, and then, use the technical to enter to the market...

Thanks.

Hi,
I’m also in trade and keep referring useful sites like Babypips, Forexboost, forexplane and others. I found an useful publication Secret Forex Society. that gives real time news & current marketing trends. You can get real time forex trading news & events and also the basic fundamentals of forex trading.

Good luck

TQ for the link.. it really useful ...

Im currently just using bloomberg online and live TV , FF and sometime fxstreet..

I think every forex trader need to implant some Fundamental analysis in their Technical analysis.. where we can detect either the market sentiment are supporting / bolstering USD or not ( for USD crosses) as example for that day or week. We will see where is the market direction either Bullish or bearish. But sometime it will get so confusing, so better just stick with one or two sources where you find it useful..

For me, Bloomberg and Forexfactory, and sometime FXstreet is still da best

I think in that case, you need to set what is your type of trading.. meaning for intraday or long term ? Coz sometime, Fundamental effect are only for one day or week, so you need to filter other news that showing for a long term @ weekly or monthly.

Try to find keyword, have to know whats is BOE, what they do.. who is The FED , what is NFP report. try to find market analyzer that you trust most, as example.. i really like ITO from bloomberg. watch Video and qoute from the big trader, try to watch video..

For me IT really hard to explain or teach people FA, as it really depend on your analysis skill and your understanding on what you read or hear. Even from the same sources, it doest mean what you understand is the same with other .. :)

It just like learning a literature such as shakespeare.. .. what it say doesnt mean what it mean. :D

IT just my personal opinion , it there some people who can teach regarding FA, that more that enough.. as i learn myself, as there were no Sifoo who can really teach about FA. They used FA but really cant teach u of what they understand .. U have to read, and understand it your self.

good info. But for me, beside Fundamental factor, we also need to pay attention to those of called "Big Trader". They are market movers too!..Watch Out

yup could agree more :)cgrock Yup sometime wee can See where or what is big player are planning based on FA.. :D NO TA can Fight the way of big player...

It just my own view..i think playing FA with YEN crosses are more accurate. AS YEN is political currency. They moved just like FA ..

:)cgrock

hmm no respond in FA thread.. ahaks..
