- Implement medium and long term Business Strategies and Plans to secure new/repeat businesses and projects to achieve the target Order Book.
- Identify and develop key projects to ensure high probability of success in contract award.
- Analyse marketing information/data on industry developments / new customers from Marketing Research, to strengthen Customer relations and business focus as well as forecast / secure new business opportunities.
- Assist Senior Manager to plan yearly marketing visit to clients and execute them to maintain and enhance personal relationship with targeted clients and build up client relations.
- Review periodic Marketing performance against annual Plan and Budget as well as strategize corrective actions/measures, if required, to ensure set targets are met.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering/Marketing
- At least 7 years in the marine or oil & gas industry.
- Knowledge in Marketing and Business Development for marine industry.
- Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin/Tamil
