Shares to be issued/offered:
IPO of 150,000,000 new ordinary shares in Well Chip ("Shares") in conjunction with the listing of Well Chip on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia comprising:

- 30,000,000 new Shares made available for application by the Malaysian public;
- 45,000,000 new Shares by way of private placement to institutional selected investors; and
- 75,000,000 new Shares by way of private placement to Bumiputera investors approved by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry.
