Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Executive
Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the Regional SHE Manager (Asia) in managing SHE among the Asia businesses while working more closely with the business in Singapore for the implementation of the SHE management system
Leadership
• Provide SHE support to line managers and colleagues within the area of responsibility
• Promote, display, encourage and reinforce positive behaviours, in line with the Rentokil Initial values and behaviours
• Maintain effective knowledge of the business unit activities
Assessing and Managing Risk
• Support the implementation of SHE processes, procedures and associated documentation
• Undertake SHE risk assessments to appropriate standard and determine SHE risk control measures
• Support implementation of SHE risk control measures
• Perform contractor competency assessments
• Supervise and monitor contractors
• Ensure that SHE records and documentation are maintained and readily available, e.g. statutory inspections / tests of work equipment, inspection / maintenance schedules, training records
Building Capability
• Conduct SHE Training to ensure that employees have the required knowledge, skills and training to perform their work in a safe environment
Communication and Consultation
• Consult and communicate clearly with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders effectively
• Facilitate and participate in Monthly SHE Meetings and periodic Operations Meeting
• Promote and recognise SHE achievements via Monthly SHE Talks, periodic SHE Awards, conference calls and meetings
Performance Measurement
• Support line managers to ensure that accidents, non-injury incidents and work-related injury cases are reported and investigated in accordance with incident reporting and investigation procedure(s)
• Investigate and evaluate accidents, incidents and non-conformances
• Assists in internal / external SHE audits
• Plan, prepare, conduct and report Internal / External (supplier / contractor) Audits
• Plan, prepare, conduct and report SHE tours and workplace inspections
Review and Improvement
• Collate Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports from the Asia businesses
• Update Incident Statistics monthly
• Develop and communicate accurate SHE reports
• Support the implementation of business Annual SHE Priorities Action Plan
• Identify and disseminate SHE best practice within the area of responsibility
Requirements:
• Acquire minimum Diploma in Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) and possess a valid license registered under Department of Occupational & Health (DOSH) or equivalent to Malaysian legislation
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in full-time SHE role
• Possess knowledge and work experience involving OHSAS 18001 and EMS 14001 management systems.
• Able to demonstrate in depth understanding of SHE management, key SHE legislation and core SHE processes such as risk assessment; accident reporting and investigation and audits / inspections.
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written) in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Ability to positively influence managers and colleagues at all levels and able to command respect from others.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work with limited / no supervision
• Able to build strong working relationships and willing to collaborate with others
• Good organisational skills and able to meet deadlines
• Good presentation skills.
• Operation focussed with customer orientated mindset and approach
• Good IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office, Powerpoint and Excel Spreadsheet
• Willingness to travel to Singapore once a month for a period of 1 week

Manage whole Customer Care Executive Team. Assist in credit control work. Conduct outbound call i.e. renewal, cycle call and attend to complaint calls. Visit large account customers. To support the Customer Developement executive on typing the renewal, price incearse letter to cutomers, help to type proposal and other paper work.
