There is a new opportunity with ExxonMobil as Service Desk Analyst.
I’ve looking for 6 people for this position. This will be a 1 year contract.
The requirements would be:

- 2 years of working experience in helpdesk/service desk

- Able to work on shifts (10pm-7am)

Work description:

Primary skill set:
• First point of contact technical support for XOM computing environment (IT help desk)
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong customer service skills and a desire to help people with technical problems.
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Strong IT technical skills (Desktop/Laptop/Applications trouble shooting skill
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite Basic Level Skill Set, email and Remedy
• General knowledge in troubleshooting XOM technology set (e.g. XME desktop, Security administration)
• Make full use of all information / problem solving resources
• Adhere strictly to schedule for report times, lunches and breaks
• Identify opportunities for improvements to service offerings.
• Report potential problems which can affect business.
• Insure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Report all security violations to Security & Control
Secondary skill set:
• Knowledge of Oil and Gas industries
• •
Communication skills:
• Strong verbal and written English
• Good writing skills
Nice to have skills:
• Additional languages as needed by site (Mandarin, Arabic, Thai)

Work location: Menara ExxonMobil, Kuala Lumpur
Work hours:
(i) Requirement for shifts;
(ii) Requirement for weekend works
