Customer Service Consultant (Mandarin)
Basic Salary: RM1800 - RM2500
Responsibilities:
- Attend to all manner of customers' queries, purchase and renew of insurance
- Handle complaints and escalate to relevant departments
- Providing first excellent contact resolution
Requirements:
- Min SPM, Diploma or Bachelor Degree
- Able to work in a call centre environment
- Experience in customer service / contact centre is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal & organization skills
- Normal working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
