Q: What is Macosino?

All investments are also subject to a 30 days cooling-off period, where if you want to withdraw your investment which is still under the 30 days cool-off period, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of your particular investment. This is to ensure that we have enough time to generate profit for your investment.

Q: What will happen after the 30 days cooling-off period?
A: After the cooling-off period, your investment will be transferred to your account balance, where it can continue to accrue its daily profit, or you can withdraw it at no fee.

Q: How is the profit calculated and when can I withdraw it?
A: The daily profit is calculated by taking your investment pending cool-off which has already settled, and also your account balance. You can only withdraw your profit at every start of month, where all the profit will be transferred to your account balance at the start of every month, including referral commissions, if any.

Q: What referral structure are we offering?
A: We offer 2 levels of referral structure, with level 1 referral commission is 10%, and level 2 referral commission being 5%. The referral commission is calculated on the referrals' earning, not referrals' investment. All referral commissions will be transferred to your account balance at the start of each month, where you can withdraw them, or continue to accrue profit.

Q: How long do we take to process your withdrawal?
A: We will process your withdrawal within 7 business days, please do not send us support ticket if your pending withdrawal is still within the waiting time.
