Transaction costs should be kept in minimum when we are trying to earn money using short term trading strategy like scalping. We can’t think of trading with a broker who takes higher commission rate or charges larger spread. As a scalper intends to earn smaller to moderate profit so he needs to work with a broker that can ensure him a lower spread, lower commission rate along with a overall lower transaction costs so that his trading profit can be maximum.
