Specialization = data mining & AI (Fuzzy logic, ANN or equivalent or better)
Payment calc = by code cluster @ by time @ files(nego)
Payment process = 50% on beta version and another 50% upon completion.
After completion supports = bug fixing only.
Payment method = wire transfer through local bank
