A few weeks ago, we published here in the member news area a very friendly and courteous reminder of our terms of service, particularly the terms which we had found some members had been abusing. We also made it very clear that we were going to be much more stringent about enforcing those rules and would be conducting regular system research to identify and suspend those people not abiding by the terms of service.
We conduct such a research audit today and it seems that several people who were found in clear violation don't seem to think these terms should apply to everyone but them. Let me make it very clear once again. If you were suspended it is because you blatantly broke the terms of service that you agreed to when you joined the program. These suspensions are not malicious or strategic or random; we are simply enforcing rules that were created to protect all members and the future and integrity of the program. We will not make subjective judgement on individual cases or look at motives. If you broke the rules, we have evidence of such and your account will NOT be reinstated.
Below, is our last news item and warning about this matter republished. Please read it AGAIN and see that we made it very clear. Know that we have been and will continue to conduct regular system audits; so we advise everyone to insure they are in compliance with every term of service.
We are sorry that some refuse to read the terms but we will not apologize for conducting our business according to them.
We want to take this time to remind all of our members of the importance of a couple of our key terms of service. Terms E & K.
E. You may only have one account. Our IP verification technology will insure adherence to this policy. Anyone found in violation will have all offending accounts deleted without warning and all earnings withheld.
K. A payment ID is the Egold or Stormpay account you use for transactions with our program. Referrers cannot share a payment ID (purchased with or paid to) with any of their referrers. A single payment ID cannot be associated with any more than one 12daily Pro account.
We need every member to understand that these terms are not arbitrary; they, along with our other terms of service are crucial to the success of this program. These particular terms exist in order to:
1. Prevent scammers from opening multiple accounts with themselves as referrer, thus bilking the program of referral commission that they are not really entitled to.
2. Prevent members from surfing on more than one account, a practice that severely devalues the advertising power of each credit viewed, in essence cheating other members of the unique page views they have paid for or earned.
3. Prevent members from having more than $6000 in the system at one time, a practice that allows these cheats to unfairly earn exponentially more money over the course of time than other rule abiding members.
We want to insure you all that we will do everything in our power insure that those who are attempting to circumvent our terms as stated above WILL be dealt with. We are not talking about, for example, husbands and wives or co-workers or students sharing a computer or confusion about IP addresses. We are talking about deliberate and extensive evidence of cheating within the program, which takes into account MANY more factors than just IP addresses. We are talking about BLATANT cheating. Where we research the system and find members blatantly attempting to cheat the it, we WILL take action and enforce our terms of service.
No doubt some of these actions we may have to take will not be popular with the offenders. But we will not be deterred. We will not allow these types of cheats and scammers to damage or cheat a program that has helped many who faithfully follow the rules of the site to achieve the success they only dreamed of. We are going to defend the site that you helped build.
We ask all of you to also be diligent in reporting any violations of the terms of service that you may become witness to. Working together we can help keep 12daily Pro a site of true professionals. In this way we can continue to stand tall as a leader and a shaper of the get-paid-to industry of the future
