JOB TITLE: HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE
LOCATION: DIGIPHOTO HQ, PETALING JAYA
POSITION REPORTS TO: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
: Work closely with HR and Operations Management to determine recruitment requirements for Malaysia operations
: Carry out Reference Checks on new employees as required
: Assist with the preparation of Offer Letters and Employment Contracts for new employees
: Keep up to date on local Labour and Immigration rules & regulations and inform the HR Manager of amendments/changes
: Assist the HR Manager as required with the administration, filing, record-keeping, reporting and co-ordination of the HR Department
: Responsible to verify staff claims
: Responsible to monitor annual leave
: Responsible to check and verify time sheets from operations.
: Responsible to provide input and send it to outsource payroll for salary preparation.
: Responsible to do site visit when needed
: Carry out any other duties or tasks as reasonably requested by the Human Resources Manager
: Salary range RM2500-RM3000
