how to rename your recycle bin !

go to start and go to run then write regedit

now open the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT

then open CLSID

double click

folder which has

645FF040...

at the beggining

then press on localisedstring

now write what you want and you are done

note it works only on windows xp

To rename recycle bin in Windows Vista and Windows 7

Click Start, type Regedit.exe and press Enter.

Navigate to the following branch:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ CLSID \ {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}

Double-click on default and replace the Recycle Bin with your preferred name.

Exit the Registry Editor by clicking on File and Exit.
Hit F5 to Refresh.

You have just renamed your recycle bin!

To change the recycle bin in Windows XP:

Click on Start>Run, enter regedit in the text box and press Enter. Click on the plus (+) sign next to the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT folder.

Scroll down until you see CLSID folder and expand that.

Scroll down until you see {645FF040-5081-101B-9408-00AA002F9543}.

Expand it and click on the ShellFolder. Double click on Attributes on the right side. Change the data value from 40 01 00 20 to 50 01 00 20. Then double click CallForAttributes and change the value data to 0. Click File and Exit.

Right click on Recycle Bin on your Desktop and Select Rename and change the name to what you would like.
