Applications for grants are now open in Malaysia


We know that small businesses continue to face challenges due to COVID-19. As part of our commitment to small businesses, we announced a USD $100 million grant programme to support up to 30,000 eligible small businesses in more than 30 countries. Applications for this programme are now open in Malaysia.

We know that your time is precious. That's why we've made it fast and simple to find out if your business is eligible for a grant from Facebook. Here are a few of the requirements to see if your business is eligible:

• Have experienced challenges from COVID-19
• Have between 2 and 50 employees as of 1 January 2020
• Have been in business for over a year
• Be a for-profit company
• Be located in or near a location where Facebook has offices in Malaysia: Kuala Lumpur

Small businesses in Malaysia can submit their application between 6-12 October 2020.
