What does it mean?
For example, you have 12k outstanding personal loan and 5k credit card outstanding at Bank A and 2k credit card outstanding at Bank B.
Interest rate in Bank A is 17% and Bank B is 18%, average up = (17+18)/2 = 17.5%
Lower 2% = 17.5-2 = 15.5%
By using HL PLC, HL will help you to paid off all the outstanding (12k+5k+2k = 19k) and give you extra funding up to 100% which is 19k (optional) with 15.5% interest rate for 2 years to 5 years. More saving or more cash flow.
