I. Handling public relation activity with all customers in Malaysia.
II. Dealing with customer complaint.
III. To carry out and to obtain respond from customer.
V. To do report related to customer complaints.
VI. Ensure that customer complaints are resolved in a professional manner.
VIII. To do research and feedback from hospital
IX. To monitor product surveillance and vigilance which being place in the market.
X. Immediately available on site due to product complaints where it is applicable.
XI. To be able to travel frequently
XII. Prefer Male candidate with transportation
