Fast fashion company Cotton On Asia is set to wind up operations and close.
The announcement was made in a Government Gazette notice published Mar. 30.
This comes after almost 10 years of operations in Singapore.
The Australia-based Cotton On Group opened in its first Singapore store at Wisma Atria in 2007.
This marked its entrance into the Asian market, and was followed by stores in Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia.
It also operates shoe brand Rubi and stationery brand Typo.
Currently, Cotton On Asia has over 30 stores in Singapore.
Stores remained open when Mothershipvisited on the evening of Mar. 30.
