Bank Personal Loan through Agent

Hi yatt2011,
By reading your post here, I think my fren already been conned by this lady. you are right her name is jun. is already more than a month n when my fren called her (fortunately, she has not disappeared yet or not answering the phone), she keeps saying that the loan is in process, bank supervisor in-charge on leave or went for training. the weird thing is she told my fren she had applied to few banks but x proof that she really submitted the appl.

tu la pasal.Aku ni pulak prob komitmen tinggi.Potongan dah lebih 60%.Masa budak pompuan ni call,kan main lagi cakap leh tolong la apa la.Tapi ada kuota la apa.Aku dengar mintak 600 terus kansel.

latest update - my fren told me this agent jun keep saying that the loan dah approve and pending the bank to call him. but now already 3 weeks since she told him but still he has not received any call from the bank. she said pending akad (a process where bank calls the applicant for verification and informing the loan amount approve etc.). Is there such loan process called "akad"?
