AzMixerSel.exe error at startup

On startup my computer gives an error AzMixerSel.exe It is really very annoying please help me.

Please follow the steps:

* Go to window key -> run(or win r).
* type msconfig in the text box and hit enter.
* Go to startup tab.
* Search for azmixersel.exe in command column and untick the corresponding row and press Ok.
* After that restart your computer
