asking for Money Management EA

anybody has and can share a Management EA for the MT4 account? (the EA will close all+pending trades at a specified profit/loss for all trades from any EAs running, and stop the EAs on that account from trading until activated again)

DarnFX, thanks for the scripts. A lot of newbies may find them great. This are to use while you are on the PC: you drop the script on an open chart when you want to close certain positions.
What I'm looking for is a Management EA which will manage the trades of lets say 3 different EAs (on 3 diff charts)in this way. When the total DD will reach a DDset=-$500 (or % of Acct) all positions will be closed and all 3 EAs will be stopped (for a set time).
Also the Management EA could take a TPset=$900 and close all positions, and in this situation the 3 EAs will continue to run and open new positions...
I do not had any to test yet so I might have high expectations, but in the mean time I will test the one sugested by Machsus.
