alang2 dah ada thread ni, nk tanya kat mana boleh dapat rumah lelong...rasa nak beli la satu...rumah apartment...landed house pun ok...

tunggu selangorku tak dapat2....rumah pr1ma pulak mahal...
nk beli rumah biasa, deposit pulak takda...itu problem..aiyo...

kalau ada jualan rumah tanpa DEPOSIT ke, ok jgk...bulan2 boleh je bayar

Pernah jugak 2 x hampir nak masuk bid rumah yg ada penghuni nih.
Yang penting kita pergi tgk rumah tu dulu tgk kondisi mcmana.

Tgk iklan oleh bank/ejen bagai nak rak....
pi lokasi tgk Tn rumah/penyewa rileks jer dok dlm rumah tuh..mcm tak ada apa pun...tak der satu pun kertas iklan lelong yg tertamapal kat pagar/dinding/tingkap bagai..
kalau mcm nih.. memang species kebal pun org... jgn ler cari penyakit utk sakit kepala.

deposit 10% kena ada juga bai. 5% tambahan untuk legal fee. stanby cash.

bahaya ler 10% deposit bleh burn jika loan x lepas. banyak benda nak kena cek jugak.

rumah baru skarang mana ada deposit lagi, duit booking je RM1000.
