walau bagaimanapun skang ni dah zaman online, dah boleh bid online xpayah nak kautim2 dah... cuma majority pelelong masih perlu pakai cara manual... lelongan mahkamah dan pejabat tanah pun pakai cara manual lagi, masih terdedah dengan kegiatan kautim
moving forward e-lelong, internet ada. memang tak boleh kautim pasal lelong online !!!

sebenarnya lihat pada tujuan asal bidder..

jika digunakan untuk duduk sebagai rumah kediaman..

boleh tahan kira..

tapi selalunya.. semuanya geng2 kapitalis shj yg buat kerja mcm nih..

beli, repair, sewa kan dgn harga pasaran..

dgn mengambil keuntungan utk membuat profit - pasif income haram..

bagus topik ni, di akhirnya owner lama hilang rumahnya dan still kena tanggung hutang bank kalau rumah tu di lelong rendah..
